These apps help protect millions of people. Requirements

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the hub for all teams with regards to product strategy and development, liaising with the Executive Team, Customer Care, Marketing, and Engineering groups
  • Managing product roadmap with priority input from management and peers
  • Identify opportunities, build business cases and understand/analyze user needs
  • Define product features and functions with particular focus on delivering the best, most intuitive end-user experience
  • Capture before and after scenarios for evolving product features along with functional requirements
  • Define, monitor, and track metrics for understanding the engagement and impact of products and features
  • Develop wire-frames, mock-ups or similar pre-engineering prototypes for discussion and review as part of the development process
  • Work with engineering to determine fine-grained development priorities, balancing functional and technical requirements
  • Own the delivery of products and features into the hands of customer, continuing to monitor and track end-user engagement and usage
  • Leverage your UX/UI skills to help ensure a compelling and useful user experience for users
What You Bring
  • Experience in consumer-facing services of applications, specifically mobile products is preferable but not required
  • Strong motivation, drive, and being very results-oriented
  • Good design skills, specifically applied to UX and human factors
  • Experience with analytics and A/B testing processes
  • Experience with product management on apps, services, and APIs
  • Passion to act as customer advocate and develop optimized consumer experiences
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytic skills
  • Experience with lean/agile processes and rapid development iteration
  • Experience of fluid ability cross-functionally, balancing needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong time-management skills with ability to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Flexibility in fast paced, ever-changing environment
Salary and Benefits Range: $100k to $200k
